Since the last update biometrics no longer works. email support did not resolve this issue even providing email and phone number. Biometrics was a convenient feature. I am certainly deterred from using this app without biometrics login available. EDIT: Something went wrong error when trying to login or contact support through app.

if it was real time instead of a 20 minute delay it would be more useful

I made an account and now every time I try to login, it says I'm unauthorized. Then, whenever I try to contact support through the app, I just get an error saying I can't. So pretty much I'm just locked out of the app for no reason at all.
