This is the worst app I have on my phone! I constantly have to delete it and then reinstall it just to get basic functionality. I frequently have to clear the cache, too...nearly every time I use it. The only reason I continue to use it is because my monthly optimum bill costs a fortune, and the appeal of "TV on the go" is one of the best features of my plan. I like being able to go outside on my patio to watch tv shows and movies I've saved in my DVR right on my phone. Very frustrating app!!

If you're offered fiber optics say NO! So many problems Poorly plsnned. Missing several of the easy and/or beneficial features of original optimum. I HATE this system!!!!! We've had Optimum since 1982. We never had problems until we made the disastereous choice to convert to fiber optics. i"? investigating options.

Up until the past week, I wasn't having issues with the app. However, now it is telling me that certain programs don't exist when I search them (although they are appearing when I use the search feature on my tv), it is telling me I need to subscribe to 90% of the channels I already have a a Premier client to view descriptions/show details...just an unhelpful and underwhelming app
