About this app

The QRACCESO door app, the QR code access control platform, lets you register entries and exits to your event from your mobile device, with or without a signal, and monitor capacity in real time from the web panel. It's designed for events, venues, courses, buildings, shared facilities, and any situation where organizers need to manage attendees, issue badges, validate QR codes, and control entry and exit from a mobile device.

MAIN FEATURES
• QR and barcode reading, with continuous reading for doors with queues and compatible external readers.

• Real-time entry and exit registration, with up-to-date capacity.

• Repeated or duplicate scan alerts, configurable per event: allow or deny access.

• Seating at the door: zone, row, and seat upon scanning, with an error message for incorrect door.

• Online and offline functionality: Without network coverage, readings are saved on the mobile device and uploaded in batches when the network is restored, with server confirmation.

• Last-minute attendee registration via a form.

Attendees can be searched using any of their details, with a button to register their arrival/departure.

• Limited user access (readers) for security personnel, with each reading attributed to their device.

• Import of lists from Excel (.xlsx or .csv).

• Statistics and export of the reading list to Excel.

• App available in 6 languages: Spanish, English, Catalan, Basque, French, and Galician.

• Online ticket sales with Stripe payment, with recurring events by time slots/shifts.

• Sending invitations and accreditations via email and/or SMS. • PDF badges with QR codes and fully customizable designs, using AI-generated templates.

• PDF attendance certificates.

• Daily archiving for multi-day events.

WEB CONTROL PANEL
Import attendees, manage guest lists, send QR code invitations, view access statistics, export attendance reports, manage registration and sales, and provide support to your attendees.

GETTING STARTED
1. Create your administrator account at https://control.qracceso.com/register
2. Import your attendee list or enable online registration and sales.

3. Create scanner users for your staff (Scanners menu and assignment under EVENT > SCANNERS).

4. Log in to the app, select the event, and start scanning.

What’s new

• Android 16 compatibility and general improvements.
• Reworked offline export: batched upload with server confirmation and a discard summary. No read is removed from the phone until the panel confirms it.
• Fixed display of fields containing commas or colons in the history.
• Logging out now warns if reads are still pending upload.
