App is trash! Would give it a zero and the desktop site a 7. Fire the entire mobile development team. It's laggy, you have to click every multiple times, many errors codes, freezes - it's terrible on android.

It is one of the worst app developed by utterly incompetent people, it is extremely slow when working, but today it decided do not go through human check, that is complete joke by itself - just a checkbox that unchecks itself. I cannot pass it. How stupid is it???

I am invested in the Alto Crypto IRA but found that all of the earlier criticisms of the app were spot on. Today, the app has stopped working entirely. If you buy into this IRA, you should be prepared to rely on the website and treat the app as a bad joke. Not a good look for an otherwise fine financial product.
