To get you started, My Collections includes numerous built-in templates for keeping track of your outdoor equipment, books, coins, movies, and more, which you can use as-is, or customize.
It’s easy to manage your collections, adding as much detail as you want, including photos, descriptions, hyperlinks, information from Wikipedia, and more.

SYNC COLLECTIONS BETWEEN DEVICES
Your MyCollections data is safely stored on your phone, tablet, or laptop, so you don’t need to sign up for any cloud services if you don’t want to.
However, if you’d like to share your data between multiple devices, MyCollections includes free cloud-based synchronization! That’s right – you can get your MyCollections data on any device.

CONNECT AND SHARE WITH FRIENDS
When it’s time to share, you can add friends and give them access to view and/or edit one or more of your collections. It’s easy to manage exactly which records and which details your friends can access, with fine-grained control over the information friends can view or search for in each collection.
You can also share collection items via email, Facebook, Twitter, etc., with the tap of a button.

LEND AND SELL ITEMS FROM YOUR COLLECTIONS
MyCollections makes it easy to keep track of items you lend to friends, and even set due dates for their return. You can even let friends know which items you’re willing to sell, as well as your asking price!

I'm using it to organize and view all the cars in a racing game. Mostly for fun but also to rate them and keep notes about modifications and tracks. It already has fields for cars like make, model, year, etc., but everything is customizable. Very flexible. It seems like it just visualizes data from a spreadsheet. You can export spreadsheets. Best of all you can group and sort anything. Lots of ways to customize it. Works good. UI looks old and ugly but it works good.

Thank you, Altova! This app has been the answer to my craft supply collection. It's easy & quick to use; especially if you don't have 25 years of backlog to input! I'll finally be able to see what I have in my collection from anywhere so, I can stop buying duplicates. With keywords & a quick search or photo browse, I can easily find specific items in a snap. I LOVE this app!

This app is so flexible. I have had trouble keeping track of my collectibles & this app allows me to track exactly what I want. As I've learned more about my collectibles, I have found it very easy to update my fields. It is wonderful to access it on my phone. When I'm at a second hand store I can easily sort and review to avoid buying duplicates. There's a learning curve to master the app but it is worth the effort.
