1. Can't check availability of award flights if you don't have the required miles. This is necessary because you can transfer miles in from other programs but can't transfer back. 2. Crashes often. Especially when trying to access My Account. 3. When making a booking, doesn't remember username and password even though box is checked. No fingerprint option

Unsurprisingly, even your app developer email (eservice@...) is incorrect and gets auto returned! Come on, guys. Your UX/dev team needs to be changed. The user experience of this app in regards to booking a flight with miles is awful. It's painful at every point. For example, I have to manually delete Hong Kong from the departure line instead of having a convenient "X" to delete it. Why do I need to choose which airline I want to fly with, when the results page will show all available airlines?

I have been using the apps ever since it was set up..Until today, I still cannot get the Asia miles award on cycling , whereas the other 5 categories are ok, giving me awards daily. I had written email to Cathay who replied me that there's a glitch in the apps which shall be fixed and soon . When there's update for this apps, the issue will be resolved. May I asked when will the update available ? And when the problem be resolved. I have been waiting for over a month since the last reply from
