I bought 400 GBs, mainly for storing pics via Android. A few are there, but you cannot see thumbnails; you must open a file to see what it is. Moreover, I invited my family to share storage, but whenever we try to register their accounts, it says that they already exist. Also, auto-backup doesn't seem to work, as I have 3000+ pics in a queue & only 5 pics uploaded. The mobile app isn't good. Most folks take pics with a phone! The app certainly needs attention in order to maximize user efficiency

The app is awful. You can't just pick an entire folder to upload and if you want to backup other things that aren't images or videos like music you can only select ONE FILE at a time. You must use the web browser interface instead with DESKTOP Mode selected in Chrome. Please just allow us to sync folders from phone.

Dear Francisco, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the shortcomings in our service. Our team is actively working on implementing the file-sharing feature and we anticipate having this available soon. We appreciate your patience in the meantime.

I wanted to share a video file from my files's gallery. Here's what I did: 1. I went to the Files section and opened the video — you can see this in Photo 1. I selected the video dated 30th May and tapped the Share button. 2. In Photos 2 and 3, you can see the sharing options that appeared. I was able to share the file via WhatsApp, pCloud, and MEGA, but Amaryllo was not listed as an option. So, it seems like the option to share directly to Amaryllo is missing.
