I topped up money from my ABA bank account and used it to buy the $1 = 8GB data by dialing *1615*100#. It used to work, but recently this happened 4 times, the money was deducted, but I received 0GB in the app, and the internet only worked for less than an hour. That’s $4 lost for nothing. I like Cellcard’s because of the internet speed, but this issue is very frustrating. Please fix this or refund users when the data is not activated.

Hi, why don't you let customers buy SIM cards through your app and then we can pick up at the selected branch? This way we can choose the phone numbers that we love😘

Good service and monthly plan. I am happy to continue to use the mobiltel phone service.
