Can't register when buying an eSIM even after you've already paid the fee. Took more than 2 days, and still no response from their support team after saying they will send you the QR to install.

I topped up money from my ABA bank account and used it to buy the $1 = 8GB data by dialing *1615*100#. It used to work, but recently this happened 4 times, the money was deducted, but I received 0GB in the app, and the internet only worked for less than an hour. That’s $4 lost for nothing. I like Cellcard’s because of the internet speed, but this issue is very frustrating. Please fix this or refund users when the data is not activated.
