If you want to work out at the gym but you are unsure about what exercises you want to do, the workout generator will generate your workout. That way you can concentrate on the workout without having to plan your next exercise.
If you prefer to plan your workouts around a particular body part, you can view an extensive list of exercises within the app.
Each exercise in the list has a description and even a video of the exercise, so you can check your form.
The app can be tailored to your goals. The workouts chosen are altered depending on what you want to get out of the gym, whether it is losing weight, building strength or trying to tone up.
