Ratings and reviews

I like the app and being able to watch videos on the go. However, the integration of ads is problematic. It always feels like I'm missing fractions of a second of video. When I skip back I have to watch the ad yet again and still feel like I'm missing something like the weight of a scene or a complete transition. Super frustrating.

I honestly used to love prime video BEFORE all of the ads became a part of it. The selection was also better. Now, if you don't want ads, you have to pay extra, and to see good films, you also have to subscribe to another channel. Prime video is enough as it is, but adding that extra fee to not sit through two minutes of ads is just reaching. Do better.

Still so many commercials, never timed up with the commercial breaks that already exist in the show. The other half of the time I'm trying to watch, if I have to exit the app for a bit, any time I try to reconnect again, be out 30 seconds later or 2 hours, for 30 monies, it will say "Service temporarily unavailable" and to check my connection. My connection is fine, but even force stopping and closing out multiple times doesn't fix it, just seems to want you to struggle for a dumb amount of time
