Ratings and reviews

The latest updates have made navigation more difficult; streaming music cuts out a lot via the app, no matter how good the phone signal and/or wifi are; drop in on all devices does not work (drop in for individual devices seems to work ok, but that doesn't help if you're mobile and do not know where people are in the house). Would be nice to see all cameras with the home monitoring feature.

Well it was good til ...it wasn't. The whole point was to have a quick way to interact with Alexa..... especially in situations where you can't have your eyes on the screen....after all ..the future is voice?! But it seems that a redesign takes away what was working (one click widget) and now we are presented with a cumbersome "text with Alexa window". Sure...I can then find and click the microphone but this seems a step back. I'm all for both..but at least give Us the ability to choose

I've had the app for a couple of years and this latest update SUCKS. I just bought an Echo Show 8 specifically for making and receiving video calls and the new Home Page layout and the quick buttons at the bottom no longer have "Communicate" (but are still shown in the pics above?). Aside from the Home screen going basic as hell, this new update doesn't connect well to the camera of my Echo Show and takes several tries. Worked instantly before (just a few days ago). Not happy
