Ratings and reviews

Whatever this new update was has ruined the app. I have to keep restarting my phone because they drop in feature will not drop in and then tells me I can't drop in because that device is on a call. Then it shows my phone is stuck in a call and I can't get out of it. Also, reminders are not syncing/working if you set them from the app. It used to work fine. Not sure why you changed it.

Every single app Amazon makes doesn't work properly. They keep terminating or limiting services. Music, even if you have prime, had been reduced to the functionality of spotify, for free. Photos is being discontinued, so all those photos I've uploaded for the last 7 years are going to get deleted. The Alexa app is nothing more than a way for Amazon to shove ads down your throat. And yet, they keep charging more and more money, they can't even deliver things on time. No more reason to have prime.

Smart home integration is bad, and getting worse. Want to use a routine....good luck, it might work. The endless spamming of "by the way" plugs is frustrating. There is no permanent way to stop this. Amazon is rapidly falling behind the competition. Do better. Unwanted notifications on Alexa devices that cannot be be turned off. Disappointing and frustrating!
