Uninstalling because I needed it as a tourist, however, many good suggestions have been made in these reviews how to improve, which seems to be how Amazon has improved over the years, and they certainly have shared their large market cap with a generous dividend... Sorry, this is a review of the App, which is the future of WholeFoods, so lots of cashiers will turn into shelving robots until the shelving robots take over.
Very Nice experience :) One should experience, no words to say (y) Great Job team, much appreciated.
Bring this to California!!! I live in Los Angeles county. People will use it here. Thanks.
The app is pretty basic. The overall experience is pretty magical. I've been in the beta for a while now and I find myself wishing that every store had the same Just Walk Out technology. Unfortunately, downloading this app does not enable you to skip the checkout line at your local grocer (they will call that shoplifting). There is only one store that works with this right now. I hope they open new stores soon because this would be super convenient to have near my house.
I like the app a lot. It's a companion app for the store (which I think is very cool but I've been in the beta and should openly say I'm a bit biased). Neat stuff I like in the app: (1) what's stocked? Specifically "what meal kits can we get for dinner tonight?" (2) what are the prices? (3) what's on sale? (4) what did I buy yesterday (from my receipts)? Stuff I wish the app did: (1) help me physically find something in the store (ok, talking to humans isn't bad and the store workers are great :)) (2) show me nutrition info of my food Overall, works well with the store, reliable, good stuff. Can't wait for a store by my house.
The app is easy to use, and comes with a great tutorial on how to navigate the store and available products. I had a slight problem getting the QR code to scan, but fixed that by turning up the screen brightness. Good app, great store experience.
Bug fixes and performance improvements.
