Does not understand small businesses I am incredibly disappointed. One day after using this for months woke up to emails saying my service has been suspended until I send in a detailed description of what I'm going to use my ar for, despite having used it for awhile. They want a detailed price catalog. My website and business information wasn't enough. I'm a dj not a retailer, This was done with no reason, complaints, etc. I'm running a business and depend on reliable vendors, clearly Amazon doesn't understand how important cash flow is.
Swipe stopped working on android 5.1.1 Just updated my s6 to androied 5.1.1 and now my app doesnt read card swipes. Please fix asap.
Won't start Doesn't work on rooted devices. Makes it a non-starter for me. Wasted $10 on the device. EDIT: Won't even start for me on a stock, unmodified Galaxy S6 Edge. Not rooted or modified, but it says it is.
My phone is brand new Just got a new phone and this app says that my phone is "jail broken". I bought it from the manufacturer. Fix your app guys.
HUGE PIA Awful customer support, 24 hour wait times, restrictive limits on manual entries and did I mention horrible support? Trying to run one charge for four days now, customer approves, customers card company approves, but Amazon register does not. Maybe better for small transactions, but don't expect to run a business with it.
No App Screen Rotation App does not allow the screen to be rotated. This needs to be fixed. Technical support has been notified.
