Like other users here, I can't sign in. The app keeps asking me to check my Internet connection, though there's nothing wrong with it. You can't do anything beyond browsing the store. Amazon has updated the app 3 times since I first had this issue, but still hasn't fixed it. Useless.
Second time this month my order was doubled. Caught it before it shipped this time but last time I received 2 of the same items and only wanted one and had to return. It was a hassle. Please fix bugs!
Well Amazon you are going to take a massive hit. I was a *big* spender with you. I buy a lot of books every day and all my groceries and household items and now your app is broken. Crashes on initialisation and won't open. Well done. I guess can afford to lose all your customers right?
MALWARE! Every time I try this app, I end up uninstalling it again because of all the shenanigans Amazon pulls behind the scenes. I have stripped this app of unacceptable things like bluetooth and wifi control and the app somehow bypasses my phone's restrictions AND security and enables everything again on every reboot.
Unsure why you all can't add the smile feature to the app. I shop on the app but then have to go to my browser and complete purchases so my charity gets their portion. You take a feel good thing and make it a bit cumbersome by forcing users to purchase via another means. Just make a smile app already.
It's a good app but you need to fix more bugs on your tracking orders. We recieved an order last week and it's still saying it's on its way. It makes it very confusing. Please fix the bugs some more.
