Ratings and reviews

Edit: I made the original review in 2023, just popping in to say nothing has changed in 2 years. Their commitment to lag and app freezes is commendable. **ORIGINAL REVIEW: The app freezes so severely (from anything; scrolling, clicking, ect) that it's practically unusable. It freezes my whole phone. Literally have to use the browser. Amazon is such a large, profiting company. They can afford an app update.

Firstly, i came to complain that without notice my "save for later" cart was obliterated to just my most recent items. All the time i spent researching the right items WASTED! I am also fed up that amazon has become nothing but another version of ebay full of chinese knockoffs, false advertising, and fake reviews. It just keeps getting worse, not better. If you report a dangerous product they keep it for sale anyway. If you write an honest bad review, they remove it on certain products.

Amazon app is really bad these days. The user interface is super slow and crashes. They're so bogged down by Chinese rip off goods that you can't find what you're looking for, even when you search for it by name. I was just on the phone for like half an hour with their their customer service because I can't get the app to stop shipping to the wrong address. The app is super buggy. They're shipping is fast... But everything else is really bad. Expect to be frustrated.
