Mostly works, but every couple of weeks the "artist" tab stops loading and I have to reinstall the app, which means redownloading my entire library. And there is no option for downloading everything, so I have to click on every single artist and start the download. Support didn't have any better suggestions how to fix it

I have Prime and Amazon music was food for prime users back in the day. Now you push an upsell just to select a specific song, I can't go back to the song before without upgrading and only hear on shuffle? Seems like greed to me. The basic prime app became useless to me. At the same time I am now considering canceling prime altogether since you reduce the quality of your prime offers and continously push for upsells even for basic features...

The app is terrible. Extreme bad performance: The app runs worse than video games and takes years to start. Many bugs, for example, if my phone switches from mobile data to Wi-Fi, the app crashes. And i am an unlimited member, so i extra pay for this. The only reason i pay for this is because Alexa can't play YT Music. Otherwise, i would have switched to YT Premium
