The app is pretty buggy. Music stops playing mid song or between songs regularly, the play next feature doesn't work when there is a listening queue, it is challenging to move songs within the queue, and other miscellaneous bugs. I like Amazon Music, though. It has most of the music I look for. I especially like the (relatively) new feature that makes it easier to add songs to playlists. Edit: it has gotten worse. It takes a minute for music to play when selected, if it plays at all.

Amazon music has a great selection of music with unlimited. one thing that doesn't affect the use, but I would like to see is to be able to change the playlist cover. The thing that makes this 2 stars is how many bugs there are. I have to open and close the app like 5 times before it will actually play music, and I have to press on the shuffle or play button A LOT. it also cuts in and out sometimes. it's a good app, but needs a LOTTTTT of bugs fixed.

I love Amazon music! However, every month it stops working. I click on a song and nothing happens. So I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it for it to work properly again. It's becoming a monthly routine but I have so much music I don't want to go to another app. It's a minor inconvenience occasionally but easy to fix. When the app is working, Amazon music is amazing. Everything you could ask for. The app would have received 5 stars if they fixed the monthly issue.
