Ratings and reviews

When I first downloaded the app it worked very much like prime video. There was tons of content I could listen to and download for free, and every so often stuff would get rotated out, and new content would be made available. This past year or so, they completely took that feature away, forcing users to pay even more money for the "unlimited" upgrade. Also, several times in the past month I've had to uninstall and reinstall the app, because it kept freezing up on me. 🖕 Amazon.

Unpolished and frustrating are what I'd use to describe this app. Here's just the surface: For certain albums, songs are just grayed out and won't play/add to playlists. And the albums that are complete? Don't count on the songs being added to playlists in order. It's really disappointing because the desktop application seems to work fine in my experience, so I'm not really sure what's up. This entire thing could just use an overhaul, honestly.

I love the Amazon Music app and program on PC, but it has some issues. Firstly, when I add favorites, they sometimes stick and sometimes don't. Secondly, when I open the app it only shows me a few music options. Sometimes I want to listen to more than the 5 recent artists... give me some suggestions at least. Thirdly and the most frustrating, is the app and PC program just stop playing from time to time. It's not a wireless or PC issue, because I've tested it on multiple PCs and devices.
