This app worked wonderfully for several years. I exercise almost every morning, and I thought the service did exactly what any good music service should do. Then a few months ago, updates were made that made changes to the UI. I didn't mind any of these changes, but suddenly, the app was having some serious performance issues. Music could take upwards of 90 seconds to start playing after I've pressed play. Worst of all, music will frequently stop playing altogether, and I can't resume it.

This has been my main music app for years. I have the unlimited plan and I have loved it. For the past 2 or so months it has been unusable. The app randomly stops playing music and when I open it it's a black screen, I have to close it and open it again. Most of the time it takes multiple clicks to get any song/playlist to play. I've had songs skip like a scratched record. I'm moving to YouTube music until this gets fixed, at least youtube music works. Edit: still doesn't work.

This app was great, back in 2017! It gets worse with every update, and how exactly does "car mode" improve my listening experience!? It starts off with the same song EVERY TIME, until I have to take it off of car mode and scroll through my whole playlist if I want to hear something that's towards the end of the alphabet. What happened to the scroll bar on the side. And now I can't even "ADD TO MY MUSIC" a new song because THE OPTION TO DO SO NO LONGER EXISTS! I'm done! SPOTIFY, here I come!!
