Kind of pissed off they told me they cancelled my order (after I was unable to add an item I forgot) but it wasn't cancelled. I called back, and they said it was too late to cancel now. Now I have to wait for the driver to get here, refuse the order, then go back and reorder the whole thing just to add a single item. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS!!!!! THEY'RE LIARS!!!!! I would have just gone to the store myself for this hassle. They didn't even offer to give me a deal, or make it worth my while to reorder with them. Oh well, their loss!!!!!
I hate Amazon's Android experience. They won't put all of their apps on the Google Play Store and instead force you to sideload apps by turning on 'unknown sources' which I hate. It's stupid. Amazon - put all of your apps on the Play Store.
Amazon Prime but same day delivery. What's not to like? Same day delivery is good, but everything else is much worse. Orders don't show on your account, so you can't use any standard amazon support. The only contact is by email with a 12 hour reply time. Extremely disappointing and frustrating to deal with. Really not worth it, especially given the even higher price hikes over normal price.
Asked for zip code then I get an error page with a few submit buttons.
I love how convenient this is. And if you never have time to shop it's a lifesaver. My only complaint is that they are sold out of half my order almost everytime. They send you texts for replacement items which I appreciate but there has to be some way to stay more up to date on the stores inventory. I'll usually end up with a few things I don't want but food is food and I didn't have to get dressed or talk to anyone so i'm still happy.
