Good service, lousy app. Had a very hard time getting account set up. Customer service was completely unhelpful. Once I did get in, Camera was sideways the whole time. Even rotated as I rotated phone to keep image the wrong way. Doctor couldn't get her camera to work and had audio issues the whole time. Then everytime, I try to go back to the app on my phone it tries to redirect me to internal Amazon network. I have to hit back until it gives me the option to log out and sign all the way back in

Speed: Was able to get a provider on the line in 5 minutes. Would like to hear on average what it takes for others. Video and sound quality: Was on my home WiFi, so quality was good, no breaks or blurriness. Provider: Quick and professional. First asked reason for visit, and then got into health history. Considered multiple options but listened to me. Offered to send out thermometer at no cost. Session write up: Delivered within hour of visit.

If you face an issue at step 7, please lower you android font size lower than 8 and it should help. The Care team advised they are fixing that bug soon. This resolved my issue. Also you may need to close and restart registration fro. Step 1/7 if you get "Not connected to Network" error. I completely restart app and it worked.
