The Amazon Relay mobile app is for carriers, owner-operators and drivers who want to manage their Relay freight on the go. From the grocery store checkout line to the parking lot of fuel stop, carriers and owner-operators can use the app to book and manage loads anywhere they get a phone signal. And truck drivers can use the Relay app to find the safest route for their Amazon cargo, along with site-specific information about facilities that makes entry faster.

decent experience BUT there is a very bad BUG with my pixel 7 that causes pallet/ non-cons to disappear from the app while loading the truck. so because of this amazon gets mad at the company/driver saying they didn't follow protocol of scan one and load one pallet at a time. this is a serious bug and needs to be delt with soon. it's been a thing for about a year now.

To whom it may concern. 1. The pass 2 weeks the app has been crashing and turning off. 2. The notification part sucks it only notify s you whenever it wants. 3. Fix the picture selfie part 2-3 time's it's too many.

app needs dark mode for night time drivers yes it automatically changes to it one time during sunset time but if u exit the map to checkout or finish that stop it will not go back to being night mode it will be bright and annoying so please make a dark mode for the app as soon as it has a dark mode it will be 5 star app
