About this app

The Amazon Shopper Panel is an opt-in, invitation-only program where participants can earn monthly rewards by sharing receipts from purchases made outside of Amazon.com, completing short surveys, and enabling ad verification for the ads they see from Amazon’s own advertising or third-party businesses that advertise through Amazon Ads.

Earning rewards is easy. Simply upload eligible receipts every month by using the Amazon Shopper Panel app to take pictures of paper receipts or by forwarding email receipts to [e-mail] and you’ll earn up to $10 towards either an Amazon Balance or a charitable donation. You’ll earn additional rewards each month for every survey you complete or if you enable ad verification. Space is limited and you may only be eligible to participate in certain parts of the program. You can check if you are eligible by tapping on the tabs for Receipts, Surveys, and Ads in the app.

Your participation will help brands offer better products and make Amazon ads more relevant.

Participation in the Amazon Shopper Panel is voluntary and panelists can stop using the app, sharing receipts, answering survey questions, or enabling ad verification at any time. Amazon only receives information that panelists explicitly choose to share via the Shopper Panel, such as information extracted from uploaded receipts (including product or retailer names), survey responses, or ads they have seen.

VpnService Utilization: If you enable the ad verification feature, the Amazon Shopper Panel will utilize Android's VpnService to setup a Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection. The Amazon Shopper Panel will not install a VPN on your device but does use VPN device permissions to setup an Amazon DNS (https://panel.amazon.com/#faq-how-panel-using-ads), which enables Amazon to collect and use information about the ads you see from Amazon. This can include Amazon’s own advertising or ads from third-party businesses that advertise through Amazon Ads. The Amazon DNS set up is not required to enable the other Amazon Shopper Panel features. You can opt out of ad verification at any time.

The Amazon Shopper Panel is available to a limited number of Amazon customers in the US. If you received an invitation, download the app now. Interested customers who did not receive an invitation can download the app to join the waitlist and will be notified via email if space becomes available.

How do I close my Amazon account?

If you wish to delete only your Amazon Shopper Panel data or opt out of the program, you may do so through the Amazon Shopper Panel app.

Ratings and reviews

Update 4/3/24: New changes have made most receipts I scan ineligible for credit, and this whole no minimum number of receipts while still having a $10 max monthly reward tells me they devalued each submission. It's unfortunate that they had to ruin a good thing. Original Review: This is one of one best receipt reward apps EVER if you like Amazon. It's so easy to get a $10 gift card a month, especially when it can take triple the time to get a $5 one on other apps.

Like several other low rating reviews, I also have been using this app since 2021 and have absolutely loved it. I didn't like the recent change of reciepts expiring within 30 days. Now the newer changes in April are going to make me never use this app again. It's gross to refuse the use of restaurant receipts along with several other receipt categories.

This is the only receipt reward app I use. I get $10 for Amazon every month. There are supposed to be new changes but I have yet to see anything different. It still shows only 10 receipts being accepted. I refuse to do the ads because it messes up my phone and I barely get any surveys.
