Works well enough. Lags a TON when trying to use any app Keyboard function, and it often breaks its connection to the WIFI, even if the WiFi signal is strong causing the selector on the screen to start flipping wildly through shows, or episodes, or whatever else you trying to do. Again, this app is free, so even with its faults its very much worth it, but I might end up looking for something better, though I doubt there is anything much better. I'll probably end up back with this thing

This is honestly a really, really, really bad app. It will randomly not find Amazon devices. It will desync with the devices and you cant do anything about it. Did you want to pause a show? Maybe the app will resync after 2 minutes; it probably won't though. Terrible app that you're forced to use. I'm sure it would be easy enough to make an app that works as it's supposed to but Amazon- one of, if not the most, lucrative companies ever- doesn't care if you can use their devices after you buy it.

Despite the random intermittent connection issue, it is much better than having no remote at all. Otherwise, easy to set up and use. FYI: If it loses connection, and you can't reconnect after some time trying all the usual methods, check for an available update... this recently had me stumped for over an hour.
