Good value for money. no kids, shows every night that suit us, great dining, hood buffet, plenty of seating. Never see the crew, but the staff are so helpful and seem to return each cruise. However the theatre is not used for films if there is nothing else and be aware that in the morning staff throw furniture around on deck from 7am and in the evening.

I am always absolutely delighted to sail with Ambassador. The range of excursions suits just about everyone's level of mobility. Very well explained, great descriptions given for each excursion.

Useless. Nothing seems to work on it. Doesn't show any of my bookings, check in status, planner, nothing. I have to do everything on the PC. What's the point of it? I do not know. I hope things improve once the cruise starts otherwise it will be my last Ambassador cruise.
