This application mainly provide the information to our customer to view daily business transaction in read only format. Application mainly used by Local customer (India) and also other foreign customer. It is compulsory to every user signup before login into the application. For Local customer we are sending SMS with OTP and for other we are not sending any OTP and that will managed by our backend software. Once user signup, from backend system admin can verify the signup details before active that user so after signup user needs to wait atleast 1-2 working days to activate his/her account by administrator of application. Once account ready , admin can send SMS/Email to confirm that account is ready to user and then user can able to logged into the application.
Once login, there is a dashboard and other 3 tabs visible with below details
1. Dashboard – basic information with welcome message ( user can’t change profile )
2. About Ambica – Basic information about the company like About us, Product, Contact Us and other related CMS pages.
3. History : Based on user rights ( Admin / Customer ) , can able to see menu with transaction details ( Quotation , Invoice , Proforma , Pending order ) in read only format.
4. Notification: User can able to see all the notification send by administrator from backend system.
