I am sorry to disappoint you, but most of applications and training programs that you can find on internet are pure waste of time and money. „3 minutes abs workout”, “perfect butt in 2 weeks”, “top foods for losing weight” etc are nonsense and if you have tried some similar training programs you know that they are misleading and to good to be true.
Think about it. Why majority of people don't have beautifully shaped bodies?
Because they do not know how to get to it or because they want to get to it in a very short time, 3 minutes or 2 weeks. There’s only one way to achieve perfect looks and in order to do it, it’s mandatory and I stress it out “mandatory” to know what to do by yourself.
