If I could give this app 0 stars I would!!!!! Every postcard that HAS made it to my husband has had big lines going through the pictures. Also, I've contacted customer service 3 times now over a letter and they haven't helped at all. Basically telling me USPS might not have scanned it BUT, it shows an error message. Customer service is BEYOND WORTHLESS. If you have an issue don't expect them to do anything about it!!!!!!!! RUN from this app and use something else!!! Highly Do NOT recommend!!!!!
