*We have updated our login experience. If you are having difficulty logging in, please take a moment to register a new UserID and Password, even if you had an online account in the past. It only takes a few minutes and gives you easy access to great features and information about your account! Just click the Register Account link on the app. All you need is your current email address and your account number. Once you register your online account, head back to the app where you can set up the convenience of biometric authentication.

Ratings and reviews

App works well enough to tell me what I owe. With such a push for paperless billing, its frustrating that I can't view my bill w/ the app. Sure it shows me a list of bills, but I can't remember the last time one of those would actually open for me. Any time I tap one of them, my phone asks which app to view the file: samsung health, brother design n print, or reddit. I've uninstalled cleared data and reinstalled, made sure to verify default apps settings, etc. Never works. Multiple phones too.

Like others this app is unusable on my android phone. It starts and switches to display that shows a girl listening to music on her phone (?) with headphones. The app then locks and won't accept any input like tapping on the login banner or any of the tabs. I've had this app on my phone for a long time but rarely use it. I've really only used it during bad weather to report a power outage. I happen to use it today to retrieve my account number and found it didn't work. Cleared cache/data-no joy

App has very delayed response to button presses making it difficult to know if it is processing. After setting up biometrics, it just keeps flashing the fingerprint scanner image on the screen rather than logging in. Essentially unusable. This is on top of not being able to login on their website in Chrome (Log in button is always greyed out). It's almost as if the y are a monopoly that doesn't want any interaction with their customers even to let them pay their bills.
