I'm giving you bad rate not because doesn't work. It's so dumb to install an app that shows you a button to modify your payment methods but at the same time asks you to open your account on a browser instead. corporate bs or developers policy that's just so inconvenient.

Overall, it's a helpful app. But, I wish getting reminder alerts weren't all or nothing. I'd like to be able to get reminders for trash and recycling, while turning off reminders for yard waste.

Great for notifying pickup days and what is being picked up as our recycling is every other week. Helpful to know if a holiday delays pickup by a day or not.
