Very easy to use with lots of good point. Very happy !

I'm a new customer, and so far, the app is easy to navigate, and customer service is prompt even in times outside business hours. However, the fact that I can't use an Amex card in Google Pay is just ridiculous and something I would've expected in the early 2000s, not 2024.

The app is ok. But the two factor authentication is very annoying and there is a bug that doesn't allow me to remember my device so I have to wait for a code every time and sometimes it takes a long time to arrive.
