• Enable Fingerprint login for quick, secure access to your Card Account.
• Register your online account and log in securely with the same User ID and Password you use on americanexpress.co.in
• Activate new, renewed or replaced Cards
• Create, view, change or unlock your PIN.
• Check your balance and make bill payments on-the-go
• Temporarily block or unblock your Card* to limit purchases if it is misplaced, without closing your account completely.
• Replace damaged, lost or stolen Cards

• Turn on Purchase Alerts to keep track of your spending in real time
• Activate notifications for spend tracking, payment due reminders, weekly balance alerts & more

Ratings and reviews

Pros: Ease of tracking payments, excellent customer support on chat. Good reward points tracking. Easy login. Smooth app. Con: The option to see total spends in the annual cycle is removed. It was a very helpful option to get the annual fee waived off. Please get it back in the app.

This is not for app but to share that paying 60k for this card is of no use as for Indians. Card is not accepted in reputed brands as well. Travel portal doesn't work properly and has limited options to choose.No reward points on insurance and zero offers on movies. They just want you to spend on hotels. That's it. There are way better cards available in the market with no or lesser membership fees. Total dissatisfied after using for 1 month and tried multiple things. I hope that it improves.

If we can get an option to convert our transactions into EMIs in the app. Many credit cards apart from Amex do offer this in the app. Just for such a thing we have to wait for long to get our calls answered. Not sure if Rewards can also be redeemed in the app. If these 2 features come in the app then nothing like it.
