• Enable Fingerprint login for quick, secure access to your Card Account.
• Register your online account and log in securely with the same User ID and Password you use on americanexpress.co.in
• Activate new, renewed or replaced Cards
• Create, view, change or unlock your PIN.
• Check your balance and make bill payments on-the-go
• Temporarily block or unblock your Card* to limit purchases if it is misplaced, without closing your account completely.
• Replace damaged, lost or stolen Cards

• Turn on Purchase Alerts to keep track of your spending in real time

Ratings and reviews

There are a lot of things for which one has to move away from the app to access. It would be better if it functioned more cohesively in that regard. For example, if I have to make the payment of the bill, and I click 'make payment', I will be directed to an external amex website to finish the payment.

Interface very old as compared to other banks. Payment gateway still asks you to enter card details, email, amount etc despite being logged in. Amex needs to spend money, time and energy into upgrading the App interface and experience. overall functional but not impressive for the name it comes with.

The options comes & go randomly! Can't Do certain actions most of the time. Like after installing the app again it's not allowing me to enable fingerprint again! The refer a friend comes & goes every few hours. The chat option also is unavailable on my Pixel 6a for last 2 weeks or so. Available on iOS. That too disappear for hours at a time. I mean what the heck AMEX?! Fix this basic issues it's making my life hell. I newly joined amex. edit; works fine now
