I like the card but the app takes forever to show transactions and that does not help with the companies I buy from, especially when it's an airline, I have not received notification of my flights and that's not helpful after 24 hours, do I have a ticket or not? Well, Amex isn't helping and to complete it all, my Avios disappeared from my app but never appeared on my BA account, not good at all, not sure what's going on but right now I feel like not using this credit card again 😕

I have had the app for years with no problem. Now out of sudden is asking for my passport image to login but the button to upload photo doesn't work. If you intend to introduce a flow that blocks login you should make sure the flow works. [UPDATE] I managed to go through. The upload screen has a giant upload button that takes 80% of the screen but does nothing when clicked because you first must click on a tiny transparent selector on top. Worth improving the UX.

Hate how long it takes to update credit when you make a payment. And it also can randomly fluctuate so you never know how much you have to spend. Barclaycard on the other hand, handles this perfectly, so it's entirely possible.
