Resolve this ASAP! Received my Amex card to activate - tried online and didn't work, installed the app for alternative route and got to the point after entering ID and password "experiencing technical difficulties". Please resolve this immediately. One unsatisfied customer at the moment....
One of the better banking apps Good app and easy to use. Very stable I.e. no crashing. It updates with intuitive upgrades that make it more useful. Must be a good app as I have practically stopped using the AMEX web as I can now do pretty much anything AMEX related I need to.tbrough this app
Missing one thing Having switched from an iPhone recently, I am in the process of installing all the apps I used to have. The android version of this app does not seem to have the ability to login using fingerprint. The apple version does. Maybe an oversight, but definitely reduced functionality.
Good app, but missing one thing This is a good app, but it's missing one thing on the android platform. Fingerprint login. This is really useful on the IOS platform but is a bit of a pain on Android. Fix this and the app will be faultless IMHO
An app which doesn't work is worse than no app at all Having received my Amex Card I downloaded the app to activate it. Haven't selected a user ID and password which both produced a green tick I was told on three occasions what I jad entered was invalid. Seriously, why green tick what should have been a red cross? Topping off this bad experience I was then notified of technical difficulties. One more dissatisfied new customer.
Great app Always works, gives the correct information and updates within minutes when you make a purchase. All in all, much better than other bank/credit card apps I've used.
