Finger print / PIN login required - any decent banking app has it already. If you claim to take security seriously... Update the app urgently. It appears no one from AMEX reads these reviews so what is the point in asking users to write them? UPDATED 11/01.18 Another update and STILL NO FINGERPRINT ID?? SERIOUSLY?? no one really cares about a slightly different dashboard - get the fingerprint ID sorted like everyone else has.
I'm not sure why all these type of applications become more cluttered visually than they used to be, which each update. Though this does work for my card, I much preferred the previous layout. Navigation and clarity should be paramount, sadly with most bank apps we seem to go backwards
Needs finger print login all major banking apps have that and for a major banking company like amex not to is poor. For a major redesign and not to include it is either dump or lazy. Apart from that the design is ok and it does what you expect.
Hey. When paying the outstanding balance by credit card, the confirmation button of value to pay is in the same place on the screen as the cancel button on the next page. I end up confirming the value and then cancelling the actual payment. Any possibility of moving the cancel button?? Thanks
Transaction update is really slow. Took almost a day to show latest purchases. No fingerprint or at the very least PIN login instead of full password. It's simply unacceptable in 2018 to be honest. Even CapitalOne app and monzo has implemented this well. Very surprised for Amex.
Used to be easy to use. The new user interface is better if you one card. However switching between accounts now is awkward for this reason it has two stars.
