Good app. I don't do much with it short of paying bills and checking balanced, but these tasks are simple and quickly executed. Unlike some other bank apps, this seems to have very little lag time--if I do something on the app, it seems to show up instantly online.
I have downloaded this app 3 times...each time I have agreed to the terms, but then the app will not open. It offers me the option to send a report...i have done so many times. I'm using the Samsung S6 Edge. Anyone else having this issue?
I have a loan through you guys as well and it would be nice if we could see that on the app and not have to log in to the website. Also you had a shop small businesses promo going. But I would have to log in every time I was in a new area to find businesses participating. Could you send notifications perhaps?
Great app! Smooth UI can see all current transactions and all statement transactions and make a payment. Shows both my Amex cards. Had to update my 2011 review as the app now supports setting a pin too!
The app worked for 1 day. For the last week, it says their systems are down and have been for a week. Tech support was no help.
Locks up both my phones on launch. Completely un-useable.
