Ridiculous the App won't auto rotate into landscape mode. Tablets on landscape keyboards are what consumers are using. Get with the times. Big Amex fan but you are out of touch and behind the times at this point. Stay relevant.
When I go to my gold business card on this app, half of the numbers on the right side of the screen is cut off in the balance detail section. If this can get fixed then I'll rate it 5 stars
Out of my financial account apps this one is the worst, the app is not FLAG_SECURE like all my other apps, its doesn't have a quick review of my balance instead I have to sign in every time and the thing I HATE worst about it is that I cannot make a payment whenever I want. The app really needs a section for pending and posted transactions rather than being all bundled together.
App is good just on my Samsung Galaxy S8 it doesn't fit the screen. I only see the first 2 digits of my balance and everything. I think this should be addressed soon in a future update.
The app simply does not work. 100% rubbish
It's okay. Fast load times and reliable, but I wish there was a clear indication of payment date and amount due, even if no payment is due. The Capital One app does an excellent job of making this simple to know.
• Request a replacement Card whether yours is lost, stolen or simply not working.
• Bug fixes and minor enhancements.
