This app used to be good. I made quite a few purchase with money earned here. However, they stop giving points for paying AT&T bill unless, it's auto pay. I changed phone carrier anyways. So I was getting points from Exxon. At least I was saving on gas. Until now, I just noticed that points will be given if you buy Premium or Midgrade gas. I'll go now to Speedway. Gas is cheaper there. No incentive to go to Exxon. After that, there's nothing in my area except Chili's, to earn points from. I will delete the app, if I can't earn points.
This is a terrible program. They do not give points for offers. If you contact them about they want you to give them information from their app so they can maybe process your request. Ridiculous that Bilo and Harvey's switched to this useless reward program. You are forcing people to go to Wal-Mart because you have taken the perks away from shopping at your store.
I would like to make an app option suggestion. When a user walks into a store that uses Plenti, the app should send a notification that reminds them to use it. I, personally, am forgetful, and tend to forget to use the app or my card. Other than missing that one feature, it works great and really functions nicely on my Galaxy S7. (Model shown for reference)
Well if I could actually use it it would be nice. I've had it for a week and every time I try to open it it say unfortunately plentiful has stopped working. It's never worked since I installed. What's up with that? So apparently you haven't fixed the bugs try again people.
Completely and utterly ridiculous. Why do I have to call to unlock my account, and worse still, why do I have to do so during business hours? Why did I even have to enter my password to begin with after weeks of single sign-in? Utterly terrible customer service, and a program that ruined many of the decent reward programs at some of my favorite places. Also, why was there no warning the account was about to be locked? Dreadful.
Again today, not credited my bonus points after buying more than 10- gallons of gas. This is and has been a ridiculous scam of promising big extra points only to receive dinky 15 points. Now I will slack off greatly buying ExxonMobil gas. Beware of false advertising. BTW, CS is a huge joke! They NEVER make things right, only false results! 👎👎👎👎👎👺👹💀👿
