It crashed quite often before the newest update. After the update it no longer crashes but I cannot upload a single reciet. So the app is basically unusable. Will not recommend this app to anyone.
Used to work like a charm. Suddenly no more saving pictures of receipts to match up with entries. That makes the app USELESS. Reporting has been without any effect.
Great idea, bad execution. I can't upload a receipt! Every time I'm told that "it failed". I'd love to see this app functioning. It would help so much.
I DEFINITELY would NOT recommend this! Problems setting it up (would not take upper case user name), repeatedly has issues doing receipt match "we're sorry, we're temporarily unable..." Calls to AMEX for support get "you must not have good internet connectivity (but no other issues with any other apps or with opening files on internet) or "the upload may be timing out because the picture is too high quality." (Samsung S7 has same pixel size as iPhone, and co-workers with iPhones do not have this issue).
Just crashes after update. Remove and reinstall doesn't help. The previous version worked okay. The new version is hopeless. Can't even take a picture now. Galaxy S5
