Forced Social Media Experience Believe it or not, a lot of us who fish do not want social media involved. I love the scale and the ability to track catches on my phone, but I do not want to see everybody in the world's catches. There should be settings to allow us to turn this off. Also, BUBBA doesn't need my phone's location to track catches. I believe I'm going to uninstall the app. and just use the scale as is. I don't need another app tracking my life.

theoretically does everything I want it to. but when I'm tracking a trip, and I use my bubba light scale, that is connected through Bluetooth. it doesn't automatically log it on the trip, I have to manually add it. the biggest flaw is that when live tracking a trip if the phone battery dies, it saves the trip but not path you took. it gives you the option to resume trip but it doesn't save the data from before the battery died. lost my whole trip cuz phone died at the boat ramp.

The app does not do anything for the Bubba Lite. Absolutely nothing. It may sometimes show you what is on the device you are holding in your hand, but that is it. The box and packaging shows all these things you can do, but only with a paid subscription. The app showed my settings accurately, but would not mirror the weight on the screen and constantly disconnects with you being prompted to forget the device.
