This was our go to for therapy for my daughter for about a year and everything worked great. The past 3 months has been a nightmare with connecting to the provider at our appointment times. We are kicked off, logged out, and have been charged for "missed appointments" when the app crashes after we have tried multiple times to connect to the provider. I've called customer service and opened mutltiple tickets with no resolution. I've un-installed and reinstalled the app and nothing has helped.

For the past three weeks, when I'm joining my therapy appointment, the app crashes. I had to cancel one session completely because I couldn't switch to my computer once it started, and today I was able to switch to my computer, but lost part of my appointment time due to the app crashing. Hope this gets fixed, as the app is usually very convenient.

The app itself is way more glitchy now than it was a year or so ago when I used it then. Every 2-4 seconds I got a system error of "Amwell isnt responding" "Close App" "Wait" which is annoying. Even after baring with the clunky interface, they no longer support most health care insurance. I'm Blue Cross Blue Shield (Delaware) but they only supported 4-5 specific states instead of ALL BCBS plans. Final verdict, this app is terrible and a waste of time. You're better off just going to a walkin
