Ratings and reviews

I was forced to switch to this teledoc app due to my insurance switching applications. My previous teledoc worked just fine, no issues. When you're really sick and unable to get an in-person doctor visit, Amwell makes sure that you're also unable to schedule a virtual appointment. For some incredibly ridiculous reason, it never matches you with a doctor - it just endlessly says it's searching for a doctor. If you're sick and need to set up a visit - this app won't do that.

This app has functioned perfectly every time I've used it and is user-friendly. I have never waited long for a provider. They have all been friendly, professional and quick. My prescriptions are sent immediately to the correct place and I have always received follow-up communication after my visit. The app and service are both exactly what I want them to be.

So many things are wrong with this app. I spent hours waiting for a Dr today on five different sessions. I have screenshots of the app telling me I'm next, then telling me there are others in front of me, telling me I'm next and never connecting... it's completely dysfunctional. When I finally did get connected, my phone speaker was not engaged so I had to hold the phone to my ear with the camera on to hear. I have a Samsung note 9 and my speaker works just fine with all other apps. Smh
