Everything was very good except that the video cut out 3 or 4 times in about 8 minutes! This must be remedied! Otherwise, it's an excellent option if a clinic visit isn't at that time. *Update: Today's appointment via NowClinic was perfect. App did not cut out at all. Easy interface, with excellent quality video and crystal clear audio. Thanks, devs, for a job well done!👍😁

Two quick things: Firstly, it seems like this app doesnt release bluetooth properly. What I mean by this is if you use a bluetooth device when speaking with a provider, when you end the session by pressing End, and switch to another app, audio does not play. It works if you completely kill the app. I tested this with Spotify and VLC. Secondly, copay values arent displayed; this might be impossible to implement properly. Otherwise, a surprisingly well designed app. Great end user experience.

Pretty neat! I've used the app twice, one time for a bad cold and the second time for a UTI. Both times I was able to get meds filled pretty much immediately and also the providers were able to write me a doctors note for work, and also order labwork. My primary care doctor's schedule books up really quickly so I wouldn't have been able to get in for a few days if I didn't have the app. And also, most insurances cover the visit with a $0 copay :-)
