I think the 25 year old who set up the add your birthday information should be required to set up accounts for all users over the age of 10. On a positive note, tapping through 106 years one month at a time had me flashing back to playing Asteroids in the 80s. Somehow it managed to pick an address for us that isn't even ours...cool idea though
WAY TOO COMPLICATED AND TIME CONSUMING FOR THIS OLD FART TO SET BIRTHDATE BY PUSHING 1 BUTTON PER MONTH. DROP DOWN BOXES WORK BETTER.
I was a little worried that I was not going to be prescribed antibiotics for my strep throat over the phone because a recent reviewer states she had to have a test performed. I did not have that issue. It was a 5 min phone call and my meds were sent to my local 24 hr Walgreen's. Highly recommend!
I had an abscess gum. The app was pretty easy to use even in pain. I was diagnosed and meds were sent to my pharmacy . The doctor was great and personable. I will use this service again since it is part of my insurance.
First call got disconnected, thankfully I called and was assured I wouldn't be charged (still need to see what my statement says) after finally getting through a full session, the attachments from the doctor will not download. The error says internet connection has been interrupted. Disappointing, sad my company switched from teladoc.
App was easy to use and worked well. I didn't have to drag my kid to the doctor for her random rash. It was also $0 copay with my insurance (Anthem BCBS).
