My visits have been great. Quality doctors. The system however has had hiccups. I can't chat with my earbuds or headphones. The sound only comes from the ear speaker, as if I'm on a standard phonecall, but I'm expected to basically FaceTime with my provider. In the end, my face is right up to the screen. That needs to be fixed because it hindered our communication. Also, we tend to get hung up on the waiting room page for a while. It's the second time that's happened.

No way select a provider and see their availability on a calander. You have to click through each day to see if they have availability. If I request an appointment, my provider can make one for me at any time, and then without having recieved any confirmation from me, bill me for missing the appointment. One provider canceled my appointment and one missed my appointment with no explanation or offer to reschedule. At the very least an automated "would you like to reschedule?" message would help.

Incredibly convenient, self-explanatory app! Comes with a very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable 24-hour customer service (after hours, you should avoid selecting from the menu and hold until the automated system transfers you to an agent). Our doctor was attentive and thorough and not at all in a hurry. Once we got the insurance information straight, which is why we had to call, our wait time was under 10 minutes. I don't know why Telehealth has just become a "thing..." It's brilliant!
