Bill pay is no longer available on the app since the latest update. I was on hold for over an hour yesterday and never got to speak to anyone . The website allows bill pay but it's extremely difficult to see and navigate, and it doesn't show my upcoming bills added into a total like the app used to. I like being able to see all the accounts I'm a joint owner of but I need bill pay back.

2023 Since the most recent update the app is totally unusable. I cannot even view my accounts. They simply don't show up under the account tab. I wasn't even offered a walkthrough up on logging in, so if I need to unlock them somehow, I have no idea how. I'm just going to uninstall. Hopefully the website didn't get the same treatment or I may have to switch credit unions. Pity, because I used to really like this one.

The only reason why I will not put 5 stars is because I regularly have to change my password. It tells me my account is temporarily locked and the only way to log in is to reset my password. This has happened about 4 times since we got the new app. Everything else is wonderful I love the preview of my accounts and being able to log in with fingerprint majority of the time.
