Well my insurance was union based so I would say if you have good insurance they have a whole list. Also you just take a picture of the front and back then they process it when you ask for a telehealth visit through a simple video call option which I think works the best instead of the text message/new conversation option. I have no idea how much they're charging for these things until I get the statement but my insurance paid for the medicine and consultation.

Very annoying app, poorly designed just left me frustrated trying to figure out how to access anything. Not sure why practices keep pushing using these poorly made platforms. Also, prepare for it to insist on a subscription to use its barely functional services.

Just downloaded it to my test results. I can't find how to get. There's no option. Setting up the app is terrible. To enter your date of birth, you have to go through every month of every year until you get to your year and month. That's ridiculous!
