So easy to use. The daily reminder notification is super helpful. I started this app a couple weeks ago. I am 6 weeks postpartum, just started level 4, and already seeing progress. If I could change anything it would be that it allows me to do the exercies more than once per day and woule notify me multiple times per day if I wanted. As it is currently, you can only do the level's exercises once each day and then it marks that level as done without you being able to do it again if you want to.

The app is VERY simple. It doesn't need to be flashy at all, so that's not a bad thing. But basic features such as sending push notifications just doesn't work. Only if I open the app will the notification finally send. Another complaint is the app doesn't tell the user how to do a kegel. Luckily I knew how to do these but not every user will. It would be a good and very simple feature to have included. The app works though so I would say it scores about average; 3/5.

My true purpose for trying this app was to help with digestive issues I've experienced for the past two years. Figured, why not? This helps! Matter of fact, I would rate it top 3 of what is putting my system back on track. I've been using this app for about 8 months now and I absolutely love it. As of right now, at almost 50 and normal weight, my pelvic muscles are on point. ( Sorry if that sounds awkward.) This app keeps me focused and, oftentimes, I meditate through these exercises.
